When I worked outside the home, I was always searching for great portable snacks to take to work with me. I usually packed my lunch every day, and brought a few extra snacks for those mid-day munchies. Since I was doing my best to avoid the vending machines, I wanted my snacks to be as healthy as possible, yet shelf-stable so I could leave them in my desk drawer. I tried buying fruit cups, but the portions were so small they barely satisfied my hunger. Also, what a mess! Every time I'd open one, I'd get fruit juice all over my desk...or myself! I eventually quit buying them.
Now I'm a stay-at-home-mom, and my toddler loves fruit! He eats plenty of fresh fruit, like apples and bananas. But other fruits are harder for him to manage on his own. I buy fruit cups with peaches and mixed fruit for him, but they're still so messy!
Thankfully, Libby's has solved my fruit cup woes. To launch their "Fruitification of America" campaign, they're introducing new 6-ounce Jumbo Cups!
Libby's Jumbo Cups will hit store shelves in September, just in time for lunch box season! They'll be available in four varieties; Diced Peaches, Diced Pears, Mixed Fruit, and Cherry Mixed Fruit. Each package includes three 6-ounce cups, and will retail for $3.39.
In comparison to other fruit cups, Libby's Jumbo Cups have 50 percent more fruit per cup! (so they'll satisfy those snack attacks much better!). Libby's Jumbo Cups are also thicker and sturdier, and have an easy-open tab (so they shouldn't spill all over your desk and lap!).

I like that they come with the metal peel off lid. We've had several accidents with the plastic peel off cover.
Diced peaches would probably be our favorite.

The easy open tab is definitely a plus for me. I know it sounds silly but I always have trouble opening those plastic ones, I always end up spilling the juice of ripping the plastic in half, and having to dig around it. This feature looks much more convenient. Thanks for the great giveaway!

The increase in fruit/cup would be my favorite feature because I <3 fruit and sending it with my kids.
Although 50% more fruit is a real plus the best thing I can see is that they are easier to open. I don't know how many times I spilled juice everywhere because the cup was so hard to open.
I love peaches so I think that would be my favorite although I love all kinds of fruit.
