Since our household contains children and electronics, we go through batteries like nobody's business. When a friend was having a baby a few years back, we even jokingly in all seriousness told him to start buying batteries every week instead of diapers. With our third baby making an appearance this Friday we've dug out all the miscellaneous baby gear...and made lists of what batteries we need to stock up on. EVERYthing takes batteries.
Thankfully, my personal electronics all take the same size battery. Even still, it can get quite expensive when it's time to replace batteries. So I was quite excited when offered the chance to test out the Energizer Rechargeable Compact Charger as seen below.
Rechargeable batteries are a great way to maximize savings. Energizer rechargeable batteries can be charged hundreds of times, and can hold that charge for up to six months! Imagine the disposable batteries you'd go through in that time! The savings really do add up.
The Energizer Compact Charger charges two to four AA or AAA batteries. The coolest feature? It folds into itself for storage or travel. No more lugging around a bulky battery charger when you're on the road. The Compact Charger even fits in your pocket!
I've been using the Energizer Compact Charger for a few weeks now and have found the batteries to last substantially longer than the ones I was previously using. According to the packaging, one charge provides power for up to 325 digital pictures! (depending on your camera obviously). The only downside to this charger? It can take up to four hours to get a full charge. Energizer does manufacture faster chargers though, so don't let that sway you from the Energizer line of rechargeable products.
