Now, who can complain about that, right? We were off the hook for over two years so we just started watching diaper sales and coupons and figuring out the best buys. And HOLY COW those things aren't cheap! We were spending $20 a week just for diapers. With a baby on the way, we started looking at the cost for TWO in diapers, and understandably, we were VERY overwhelmed at the numbers we were facing. I jokingly mentioned that we could look into cloth diapering again....and I swear, the clouds opened up and light poured down and the angels sang and my husband said YES!
Before he could change his mind I raced online and began my research. I googled and tweeted and asked fifty-million questions. Then I got a tweet from Tereson Dupuy, creator of FuzziBunz cloth diapers, asking me if I would like to try one of her diapers. I think it took me all of five seconds to write her back and say YES! PLEASE! So, she sent me one. And in case you're picturing the old pinned lengths of white material, let me show you what modern cloth diapers look like:

Cute, huh? That's a "one size" diaper, meaning it adjusts to fit babies from 7-35 pounds. (which means you only have to buy diapers once! Wahoo!). FuzziBunz also makes sized diapers if you prefer (they tend to be trimmer than a one size).
FuzziBunz are pocket diapers. If you're not familiar with modern cloth diapers, that basically means the diaper has a pocket in the back, into which you stuff an absorbent insert. The diaper's fleece lining keeps your baby dryer, while moisture is pulled into the insert. You can customize your inserts with many types of materials and different absorbency, to meet the different needs of your child throughout the day.
How did it work? Just fine! This was the first cloth diaper we had ever used, so I have nothing to compare it to...but it was just as easy to use as a disposable. It took us a few tries to get the diaper on the right settings for Aiden's size, but once you set the size you don't have to worry about it again until your child hits a growth spurt. Aiden decided to christen his first cloth diaper with a pretty big mess, which was fun considering we aren't set up for cloth diapering yet (no wet bags, no diaper sprayer, nothing, nada). We managed to take care of it though, and washed it, and it looks good as new! Truly, it was not that bad at all.
To spread the FuzziBunz love, I have three diapers to give one of you!!!!

We don't have any "fun" diapers, so those little daisy print ones are calling my name! I'd love to try FuzziBunz. I have heard good things about the snap diapers as opposed to Velcro.
I love the turquoise ones!
I can't say enough good things about Fuzzibunz. We've been using them exclusively for about a year now and we just love them. I LOVE the new daisy prints that just came out. I broke down and bought one in the apple color. We love it!

We are wanting to mostly cloth-diaper...though there will be a few times that we use disposables. I have only ever heard good things about FuzziBunz. I love the fact that they have snaps versus velcro fasteners...so they are more durable. I'd pick the royal blue color if I won...it'd looks so great on our little man who is due in July!!
I love the way the inside gets smaller what a neat idea. I also happen to love the daisy prints. So cute!!

I learned the waist can adjust to at least 4 different sizes.
The buttonhole elastic on these is really interesting, never seen that before.
By the way, babies ALWAYS poop a new diaper. Always, without fail.
I love the royal blue color, I need that color for ds stash.

I learned that kiddos are less likely to get diaper rash with cloth diapers. Whod-a-thunk-it!?!?
Just tweeted it!
I am almost done potty training my first child, but we are TTC. I very badly want to try cloth diapering our next baby. I have been curious about it and researching and asking questions since my son was around a year old. I should have just switched then, but I didn't.
I really like the cute daisy diaper on the front of their website. (I couldn't get anything else to load. But have their page bookmarked, so I can go back later.)
I'm intrigued by the cloth diapers. They really do look easier to use than what my mom used! I would love to try some!
I learned you can stuff the diapers with anything, even a hand towel!
More of my friends use cloth than disposable, so I continue to be intrigued.
I had no idea you could get cloth diapers in a "one size fits all"! How awesome- plus the aqua color is divine.

Fuzzi Bunz mediums are some of my all-time faves! I had no idea they made a one-size. Awesome!
We cloth diaper our son and LOVE our FBs. They're great. We just had a littlw girl, and I was SOOO blown away by those new daisy prints!
Too cute!

I love the Apple Green but it seems to come only in one size, not perfect size - and I buy perfect size. I am nervous about trying the one size - even though I really want Apple Green. LMAO! Did that make sense?
Thanks for a great contest!

I love Fuzzi Bunz, I have used them for over 3 years now. I didn't know they were making a one size now. Interesting. I still love the sized ones though. I love the aqua and the bright green colors. Would love to try the new sized styles since I only have the older ones. Great giveaway!
And that story about your MIL buying you diapers was too funny.
I tweeted this contest and now I'm following you @flyawayfamily.com
I like that there is a one size diaper and it can be used for a small baby or even a toddler - very cool!
My favorite colors are the tourquouis, aqua and sage.
I learned they have 8+ customizable sizes on the "one size" diaper. I like the Daisies in Lavender and the Bubblegum colors.
I keep learning more and more about cloth diapering. I was impressed that FuzziBunz are so adjustable--8 leg adjustments and 4 waist.
I love the orange and the apple green ones, if I had a girl the daisies patterns are so cute!

Not sure if I left my e-mail in last entry-but I said I love the dasiy prints.
FuzziBunz are the most impressive cloth diapering system i have looked at. it seems they have everything covered! love the polka dots
How sad is it that I had to scroll through twice to make sure I hadn't commented and forgotten?? I didn't see my name, so here goes.
I like the apple green color, too!! We're due with #2, and don't know what it is, yet, so a gender neutral color would be perfect!
I am loving the Apple Green color. It is adorable!
I didn't know that they make one size diapers.
I had looked into fitted cloth diapers with my 2nd but ended up with the old fashioned cloth diapers and plastic diaper covers. Now that I know I could handle cloth diapers I am very interested in getting some fitted ones.
I will be having baby #3 Wednesday May 6th if I don't go into labor before then. Can't wait to see if I should get baby blue or flowers.
I'm having my first baby, a boy, so the baby blue color would be awesome.

I haven't convinced hubby 100% yet on the cloth diapers, but I know he'll have the same epiphony that your hubby had!
I love the fuzzibunz! Love the expandability (is that a word?) of the one-size! This is such a great giveaway! Thanks to Fuzzibunz for their generosity, and for making a fantastic product!
