I need to remember who we were before 2.5 children came from us.
I need to remember who we were when we had childless dates and alone time.
I need to remember who we were when weekend mornings meant sleeping in until noon.
I need to remember who we were before a mortgage, insurance co-pays, and coupons became our love language.
I love and appreciate where we are today, but sometimes I just need to remember.......

It's so true! Right before we had BG I heard a great speech about always trying to remember you were a couple and in this together before the kids came along. No matter what you are a team...it has always stuck with me. So true.
I know how you feel. The last time Jason and I had an actual date, we went to see Shrek the Third. Yeah, pathetic, I know. We did go to a Christmas party w/o the kids, but that was with a bunch of other people. I would sometimes like to have my husband to myself, you know what I mean?
How easy it is to forget!!
I love to remember when because with three kids and jobs and a house to take care of it is easy to forget. I'm not nearly as much fun as I used to be and every once in awhile I need to remind myself to be the girl he married. Enjoy the walk down memory lane!
