Turkey Day Giveaway

How would you like to win a gift basket full of goodies for your kitchen? The good folks at My Blog Spark and Progresso have generously set aside THREE of these baskets for my great readers! Each basket will include a free coupon for Progresso Broth, a recipe card holder, recipe box and wicker basket, as well as a set of serving spoons and a spoon rest.

Progresso is making it easier to create your favorite holiday recipes with the introduction of all-natural Progresso Chicken, Reduced Sodium Chicken and Beef-flavored broths. Progresso’s broths are 99% fat free and contain no preservatives, artificial flavors, or MSG! They even come in convenient, re-sealable 32oz cartons.

High-quality broth is an important part of many tasty holiday recipes, and the folks at Progresso would like to share one of their personal favorites with you. Here's a recipe for Mashed Potato Gratin, one of Michael Chiarello's Signature Recipes.

They have also provided a link to a discount coupon for Progresso Broth. This coupon is available through December 17th.

To be entered to win one of three Progresso gift baskets, simply leave a comment telling me YOUR Signature Holiday Dish. (Please make sure I have a way of contacting you if you win!). I'll randomly pick three winners on Monday December 1 and will contact them by e-mail for their mailing info.

Now get back in the kitchen and get your Turkey Day Feast ready!

Every year I make my sausage and apple stuffing. I dont always make it for Thanksgiving day because we have prime rib but it does get made! In fact, I made it tonight!

I wish I had skillz. I am so bad. My grandmother in law rocks. At Christmas time we have creamed eggs and toast, sausage and stewed apples. Yum!

I am really bad at cooking, however I do manage to make a pumpkin pie from scratch every year. Thanks for the giveaway!

There isn't a Thanksgiving without my sweet potato casserole, the best hot rolls, and pecan pie.
Thanks.

My signature Holiday Dish would have to be deviled eggs. It's technically not my own recipe because it has been passed down from my mother. But I have been making the recipe since I was younger. So now it is just expected of me to bring the deviled eggs for Thanksgiving dinner.

This is my first holiday out on my own so I don't have a signature dish yet but I'm guessing it will be my amaretti cookies or my cashew brittle. My father has already purchased a huge container of cashews so that there's no excuse not to make it.

I've just started learning how to cook, so I usually just make the stuffed dates (rolled in sugar and stuffed with walnuts) for Thanksgiving. But I make a delicious apple crostata, and would like to incorporate it into the holiday meal!
