Oh MAN! Doesn't that look good? Trust me, it was delish!!!! It tasted like something you'd pay quite a bit of money for, but in actuality it was a pretty frugal dish. I bought pre-made crust....like Boboli, but I found an off brand and got two crusts for $3.99. The rest of the ingredients are straight forward stuff you probably already have on hand. I'll be honest...when I made the base spread to put on the crust, I was worried. It didn't look like much...and I wasn't sure it would cover the pizza. But trust me, that stuff spreads thinner the more you smear it around. And the taste is AWESOME! The recipe doesn't call for any meat....but...well....I married a real good-ole-boy from Georgia.....he had never heard of a white pizza, so I didn't want to shock him too much by also letting him know that some people don't put meat on their pizzas!!! I had some leftover shredded chicken I threw on to appease him....but I really think that just MADE the pizza, truthfully. As quick, simple, cheap, and yum-o as this dish is, it will be a serious keeper in my house. I found this gem over at Cookie Madness, so THANKS Anna!!
White Pizza (Anna's post)
1 (12 inch) pre-made pizza crust, thin type
4 tablespoons unsalted butter, softened
1 tablespoons mayonnaise (light works very well)
1 clove garlic, mashed, or ½ teaspoon garlic powder
1/4 teaspoon dried basil
1/4 teaspoon oregano
2 tablespoons grated Parmesan cheese
2 cups shredded “Pizza Blend” or “Italian Blend” cheese or provolone
Preheat oven to heat given on prepared pizza crust directions.
In a small bowl, stir together butter, mayonnaise, garlic, basil, oregano and Parmesan cheese. Spread the butter mixture across the pizza crust. Sprinkle the shredded Pizza Blend cheese over the butter mixture.
Reduce oven heat to 425 degrees or as instructed on pizza crust wrapper. Bake for 8-10 minutes or until cheese is hot and bubbly.

Glad you liked it! I made it the first time for my daughter who for some reason, doesn't like regular pizza. She loved this one and while I DO like regular pizza, I kept sneaking pieces of hers.
